How can I cancel an order on dub?

Pending market orders placed outside of market hours can be canceled by:

1. Go to Settings on the dub App home page.
2. Click on Orders.
3. Click into the pending order you wish to cancel.
4. Click cancel order.

*To Note: Market orders placed during market hours (9am EST - 4pm EST) cannot be canceled. Please note that dubbing is available from 9:30am EST to 3:00pm EST only and cannot be canceled. If you change your mind on a dub, you must wait for the order to be executed and then liquidate your positions.

**Orders on the dub App may contain fractional shares. A fractional share is a piece of one whole share of stock in a company. Fractional orders cannot be canceled between 9:20am EST and 9:30am EST because it is too close to the market opening. dub recommends that you cancel any pending fractional orders before 9:20am EST.
